Ahead of the second phase of the Bihar elections, authorities have closed the India-Nepal border for 72 hours. The closure will be in effect from Saturday onwards.

He added that this has become a security routine for both India and Nepal, and during sensitive periods, security personnel from both countries coordinate and cooperate to maintain law and order.
