DODA, November 4, 2025: A large-scale Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was successfully held at Government Higher Secondary School (HSS) Dradhu, aiming to strengthen the bond between parents and teachers for the overall development of students. The gathering saw enthusiastic participation from parents and guardians who engaged with teachers to discuss their children’s academic performance, behavior, and well-being.

During the meeting, parents were informed about various government initiatives and schemes designed to enhance student welfare. Mr. Kismat Singh Jaral, Lecturer at HSS Dradhu, delivered a comprehensive presentation on programs such as the Mid-Day Meal Scheme (PM Poshan), National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Inclusive Education, and Free Uniform Distribution. These initiatives were explained in detail to ensure parents understood the benefits available to their children.

The Head of Institution, Mr. Satish Kumar, thanked parents for their active participation and stressed the importance of regular communication between home and school in improving student outcomes. He encouraged parents to maintain close ties with teachers and take an interest in their children’s academic and extracurricular progress.

The meeting concluded with positive feedback from parents, led by Ex-Sarpanch Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma, who praised the school’s efforts in promoting transparency and accountability. He commended the staff for their proactive approach in ensuring every child benefits from government initiatives.
