Brutality on Wheels: Thar Driver Hits Scooty Rider, Then Runs Over Him in Jammu | Case Registered
Horrifying CCTV footage of irresponsible and rash driving has come to light from the Gandhinagar area of Jammu district, allegedly leaving an elderly man critically injured.
According to the CCTV footage, a Thar vehicle allegedly collided with a scooty and then deliberately ran over the elderly rider.
The video shows the Thar moving at high speed when it first hit the victim’s scooty, causing him to fall to the ground. Although the elderly man attempted to stand up and regain stability, the Thar reversed and ran over him again, leaving him critically injured.
What hurts the most is that after hitting him twice, the driver stepped out of the vehicle, stared at the injured man, but did not make any effort to help him or take him to the hospital. Social media users have labeled the driver as “a person without humanity.”
The elderly scooty rider has been hospitalized, and reports suggest he has suffered a brain hemorrhage.
